Once you have your Competency Certificate, you can then apply for the specific firearm license.

The “white” license is your ‘permit’ to possess the specific firearm you have selected and bought.

On purchase of a firearm we supply you with the SAPS 271 license application and an SAPS350 form, which must be submitted with your application to the SAPS. 

Expect this application process at the SAPS to take at least 3 months, possibly longer.

While we do offer guidance, we don’t offer formal assistance with preparing applications but we can refer you to specialists.

You can collect the firearm from us once your license have been approved. You must produce this license on collection. We can also ship it to your nearest firearms dealer if you live in another town or city. 

We offer 9 months of free storage after you’ve bought a firearm from us.
