What to bring
- Your order number or other order confirmation.
- Suitable identification.
- Any licence, permit or supporting documents required for the product.
Someone collecting for you
Another person may collect an ordinary non-restricted order if GetGear is informed beforehand. We may ask for the order number, identification and confirmation that the person is authorised to collect.
Firearms
A firearm may only be released to the person named on the approved firearm licence or authorisation. If that person cannot collect from GetGear, the firearm must follow the lawful dealer-transfer process. See Buying a Firearm.
